Features/Improvements

  • New 'Profit and Loss Display Option' available when customising the profit and loss, to optionally show:
    • Profit before Income Tax
    • Profit after Income Tax
    • Combined Profit and Loss with Statement of Comprehensive Income
  • Right-click option to 'quick group' accounts. If you select more than one account, you can right click on one of them and select 'Quick Group', which will create a custom group at the location of the right-clicked account and group all selected accounts under it automatically.
  • Asset Pool Management area now shows pre-depreciation values to assist with determining compliance with pool write off thresholds
  • Introduced more comprehensive account allocation checks which are alerted in the report warnings area where applicable.
  • Introduced report warnings if appropriation statement is out of balance

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue with deleted asset records still appearing in certain report values
  • Fix display issue in dataset selection control where the dataset name was too long
  • Kept existing report (rather than removing it) when clicking Export to Excel button in Asset report area
  • Fixed issue where an entity was removed from a consolidated file, but the system still thought it was selected
  • Cancelling the Report Template 'save as' dialog no longer shows an empty error notification

Features/Improvements

  • New 'Other Info' tab inside the dataset window allows you to enter in distribution information which can be used to automatically create an end of year distribution journal
  • Depreciation years and asset groups allow you to select relevant datasets and accounts in order to facilitate automated depreciation journals
  • The 'Journals' tab inside of the dataset window now contains buttons to enable automatic processing of distribution and depreciation journals, as well as a convenient link to the balancing journal area.
  • Show warnings when disclosures with incorrect application dates are used in a report
  • Only show placeholders in report element 'insert' menu when dealing with a report template, and not when dealing with report output
  • Pooling management area now shows pool balances prior to depreciation to facilitate compliance with the instant write off thresholds
  • Removed the highchart credits from charts in web and PDF views

  • Formula editor contains new insert functions to make it easier to construct formulas using data in Reportance

  • Ability to add and edit account placeholder elements in report content
  • Ability to add custom google fonts for PDF/Web report formats
  • Numbers in PDF reports now incorporate global rounding styles
  • You can now drag and drop to reorder report content
  • Added the ability to import the memo field from Excel, it is assumed to be the 6th column when selecting that many columns to import.

  • Fixed a bug when removing an office or team from a user which caused all offices and teams to be removed for that user.
  • Fixed a reporting bug where non-financial pages with large amounts of columns were not causing the page to update to landscape orientation
  • Fixed a bug with page breaks in some PDF reports
  • Fixed issues preventing the creation of policy and disclosure variants
  • Pool balancing adjustment amounts did not show in the pool summary report

  • Pool depreciation was not showing the relevant SBE tax return report label
